Hi, I’m Katie, the founder of The Passive CEO, and I know exactly how it feels to crave more than the daily grind. Like many of you, I did the whole 9-5 thing. Clocking in, clocking out, living for the weekends, feeling like there had to be more out there.

Spoiler alert: there is.

I wanted more than just a paycheck. I wanted freedom. Freedom to spend my days how I choose, to travel wherever and whenever I wanted, to be present with my family, and to soak up every moment with my dog. I wanted a life that didn’t revolve around someone else’s schedule.

So, in 2022, I took the leap. I quit my job and became a freelance copywriter, working with some of the biggest brands in the UK and Gibraltar. It was a step in the right direction – I was working from home, setting my own hours. But there was one problem: I was still trading time for money.

Then I discovered passive income, and everything changed.

The Passive CEO Journey

Passive income promised what I’d been searching for: the ability to earn money while I sleep. Sounds too good to be true, right? But it isn’t. It’s real, and it’s possible.

Since 2022, I’ve experienced things that past 9-5 Katie could only dream about. I spent most of 2023 traveling to breath-taking places – Montenegro, Croatia, Sweden, France, Denmark… and soon, I’m off on my dream Norwegian Arctic expedition.
